Apple has finally launched its new lower-cost iPhone 5C 8 GB now available in India at a price range of Rs. 33,500 via Flipkart and Amazon. On top of that, free case will also be provided to the respective buyers along with the phone for a limited period of time. The case itself have a price of worth Rs. 2000. Apple’s old iPhone 4 was freshly launched after its discontinuation. However, this is the second low-cost launch done by the company. Let us hope that Apple may have some plans to lower the price of the MacBook also.

The Apple iPhone 5C 8 GB variant is much cheaper and affordable compared to its previous variants of 16 GB and 32 GB. Even though the storage capacity is reduced, no compromise is made on the quality of the device. This one is an affordable iPhone for budgets.
Design, OS and Processor
The Apple iPhone 5C 8 GB sports a 4-inch diagonal widescreen multi-touch display with retina display and there is fingerprint-resistant oleo phobic coating on the front. It arrives in many stunning colors and weighs around 132g with 9 mm thickness. It runs on one of the most powerful mobile operating system in the market now, the iOS 7. This phone operates on dual-core 1.3GHz processor with A6 chip-set and 1 GB of RAM.
Camera and Storage
The iPhone 5C 8 GB is packed with an 8MP iSight camera with sapphire crystal lens cover, LED flash, backside illumination sensor and five-elements lens. It also packs in a 1.2MP face-time camera with backside illumination sensors. Both the cameras offer superfine photos, HD video recording, taking photos while recording, video stabilization, 3x zoom, geotagging, video geotagging etc. The phone comes with 8 GB of inbuilt storage which is not expandable.
Connectivity and Battery
The iPhone 5C possess Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, GPS etc for the purpose of connection and networking. The battery is 1,507mAh Li-ion which can support up to 10 hours talk time and 250 hours standby time.
